Job Description

The Steward (Offshore) is responsible for supporting overall housekeeping, laundry, and galley operations onboard to ensure a clean, hygienic, and comfortable environment for all personnel. The role includes cleaning and maintaining cabins, accommodation areas, common areas, dining areas, and other assigned facilities; collecting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing laundry and linen; and assisting the kitchen team with basic food preparation, dishwashing, cleaning of galley equipment and utensils, waste disposal, and general galley housekeeping. The incumbent must maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation, comply with company, client, HSE, and food safety requirements, and perform assigned duties efficiently as part of the offshore catering team on a rotational schedule. Requirements: Valid Passport, Seaman Book, Offshore Medical, FHM & Stool Test, PMU Medical, Food Handling Course, T-BOSIET/T-FOET with CA-EBS, Typhoid Vaccination, Hepatitis A Vaccination, Basic Training – STCW, and COVID-19 vaccination.
